A unique business with a new approach to professional photography for progressive organisations
WORX iD have a close relationship with Jerram. Business owner Nigel Hudson's own vision matched our own perfectly - total frustration with the over use of stock imagery that fails to represent businesses and brand stories.
Nigel's vision was to create a solution that would enable organisations to benefit from the very best professional photography without the perceived expense and hassle of booking a professional on an ad-hoc basis.
Nigel recognised that organisations need an evolving library of images that is unique, relevant and on-brand.
Additionally, clients needed a library of images that would evolve over time, and by contracting with WORX iD an organisation can benefit from regular photo-shoots to top up their library of images.
Finally, the solution called for a software platform that would allow client organisations to access their images 24x7 via a secure digital asset management portal.
What the client wanted
WORX iD needed a complete startup package from Jerram, including:
- Logo and identity design

Our approach
Jerram stepped up to the mark with a phased approach over a one year period.
Initial designs phases were managed efficiently, and based on thorough market research to deliver an identity that would appeal to the target vertical markets. Time was of the essence during the initial start up phases, and we achieved a unique identity in rapid time.
While WORX iD was evolving it's concept, the use of a secure and robust MODx content management platform enabled the Jerram team to continuously add and evolve content to meet the overall marketing objectives of the business.
Alongside the WORX iD website development program, the Jerram team created our unique Image Cloud product - a digital asset management solution ideal for hi resolution image management and distribution. The powerful, feature rich software is available to Jerram customers and WORX iD customers - and provides a robust, secure online library for the storage, management and sharing of images in collections. In fact, Image Cloud looks and feels just like your favourite stock image library - with the exception that it is populated with the beautiful images that WORX iD have created for you.
Result
The WORX iD project continues to develop. We have successfully helped business owner Nigel Hudson launch this new venture with a strong and characterful identity, a flexible content management platform, informative website content and visually appealing collateral. The unique Image Closhoud product is an essential tool in the WORX iD armoury and has become a a valuable asset for a large array of organisations.
Jerram continue to work with Nigel and the WORX iD team to establish WORX iD as unique alternative to stock library images.
Identity
The WORX iD identity includes a dark background to support and lift mages from the page, while the logo reflects the contemporary nature of the business offering. WORX iD is a new force in professional photography and a strong challenge to stock libraries. As such the logo needed to be striking, different and modern.
The use of our Image Cloud software for the image management solution lead to the logo incorporating an icon element which works beautifully on iPhone's, iPads and other tablet devices.
Website

The WORX iD website was designed to dovetail with the brand's simple theme using colours chosen to make the most of Nigel's fantastic photography. Functionally, the website includes a MODx content management platform with custom programming, Wordpresss blog, integrated Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts for social broadcasting.

Brochures

The WORX iD brochure and collateral were carefully designed and copy-written by the Jerram design team. Our objective was to tell the story of WORX iD's proposition in simplified terms without dumbing down the key messages.
The brochure was litho printed on premium quality heavy grade stock with spot-glossed images over a matt finish (on nice thick paper with bright shiny pictures, to you and me).
