The Estate Company have a mission to create the finest Estate Agency dealing with sale, rental and management of high quality property located in Central and North West London. Jerram have worked closely with them over time and continue to develop their brand by way of branded merchandise and public-space local advertistments.

What the client wanted

The Estate Company have a strong reputation for selling and letting prestige properties in an affluent district of London. Their brand reflects this and their collateral always needs to look stylish, minimal and contemporary. The Estate Company came to Jerram wanting to extend on and develop their brand and therefore company's reputation. Jerram have since completed several design and merchandising projects for the Estate Company including two large-scale window displays,  branded umbrellas, advertising screens on the London Underground, an oversized A4 folder and various other graphics and collateral to support and develop their brand on and offline.

We were initially briefed to create two large window displays for their London offices. The message was to be conveyed as succinctly and unambiguously as possible, while fitting with the Estate Company's brand.
