Who are Jerram & what motivates us?

Jerram is a digital agency specialising in creative website design, implementation and integration. Our in-house team is small but diverse; from pure design specialists to back office and applications programmers. Our aim is to always deliver communications tools that visibly improve profitability and performance for our clients - and this is usually achieved through a mix of creative thinking, understanding our clients and their markets - and excellent functionality.

Being an independent agency with broad skills and experience means that we can create and develop tools that work across multiple channels, quickly. We recognise that most organisations have little time to invest in learning new techniques or delivering content - so we often do it for them. We often help our customers to develop content and copy and we guide them in their endeavours to make their content accessible for visitors and search engines.

Putting your finger on exactly what we do for our customers is a tough assignment. Some see us as their digital design agency; creating and managing creative approaches for websites and online marketing campaigns. Others see us as a pure marketing resource; developing ideas for campaigns that eventually become email marketing, social marketing or even direct mail projects.

From whole websites to animated presentations and offline collateral, our designers and programmers work to ensure that your messages are put across clearly, professionally and in a way that creates maximum engagement with your customers.

Our digital production team has worked right across the spectrum from developing websites for IBM and HP channel partners to 'high visibility' digital assets for Financial Services Companies. Proving time and time again that our creative, development and integration skills are built on a solid foundation of understanding our clients' needs and more importantly our clients' customers.

Our team is fully conversant with user experience and information architecture planning. We employ planning phases in each project, ensuring that no matter what the expected experience or outcome, we always deliver to the needs of the target audience first.

Managing Director at Jerram Marketing. Originally a designer with top agency Holmes & Marchant, David started Jerram in 1996 with emphasis on high quality graphic design and marketing integration. David specialises today in program management and architecture, along with project management and planning - as well as leading the design team.

Keiron

Keiron Roberts is the lead front-end developer at Jerram, with client facing responsibility for the delivery of content management systems and integration projects. Keiron is particularly good at website design and development with a strong set of HTML, CSS, JQuery, e-Commerce and server-side scripting skills in his armoury.

Chris

Chris is the lead designer with Jerram, specialising in translation of customer needs into really smart visuals for the team to follow. Chris works directly with our clients to understand the market, the customers and the needs of the organisation before commiting to full-on creative visuals. Chris believes firmly in the creative process and the merits of delivering designs that exceed our customers expectations.
